Getting Started!

The first few sessions will include a health history, fitness evaluation(s), body measurements, weight scale and goal setting. This will provide a baseline which will be reviewed every 2-3 months to measure your results and keep you motivated! My home gym features everything you need to help build muscle, lose body fat and improve your fitness level. Once I understand your goals, your workouts will be customized to achieve those objectives. Changing your exercise regimen is key to seeing results. Every few weeks I will change either part of or often the entire workout  I will also help you with reviewing food choices and other obstacles that might be in your way.

*Fees are due at the 1st session.

*24 hours notice of cancellation is required.  Rescheduling will be provided whenever possible.

*It is advisable to check with your doctor before beginning an exercise program.  In some cases, you may need to get a physician’s clearance before we can begin.
