Qualifications + Experience
I have been teaching group and private fitness for over 25 years. Group and one-on-one classes range from interval, hi/low aerobics, step, barbell, strength conditioning to PiYo and fitball. I am a presenter on topics such as: “Exercise Basics, Getting Started”; “Alternative Abdominals”;; “Back Care and Proper Lifting”. Specialty classes are offered such as “Cardio Clinics”, “20 Minute Multifunctional Workouts”, and “Everyday Stretching”. I enjoy skiing, dancing, hiking, biking - and having fun!
Training includes a variety of populations including bridal boot campers, post-partum moms, menopausal middle-agers & geri-active seniors. Special attention is given to addressing and respecting knee, back, hip and shoulder issues.
